Description: Here are the steps for repainting an aluminum threshold that has already been painted and that you want to change the color of: 1. Remove the plastic film covering the aluminum threshold 2. Measure the various dimensions of the aluminum threshold 3. Cut the aluminum threshold to size using a 125mm angle grinder with a 125mm aluminum cutting disc 4. Thoroughly clean the aluminum threshold with cellulose thinner 5. Mix the Tol-Prim bonding primer 6. Apply the Tol-Prim primer using a mini-roller and a small brush for the corners 6. Allow the primer to dry for at least 8 hours 9. Mix the Levis paint and apply a single coat of Levis paint using a mini-roller and a brush for the corners 10. Let dry, then install the right and left end caps.
