Description:
Coverage = approximately 2m² of roofing/750ml can (double application) - 12 cans/box - Bosscover Spraybond Plus is used for bonding EPDM membranes directly to concrete, wood, or metal substrates. It can be applied using a roller or sprayer. Apply one coat to the substrate and one coat to the EPDM membrane. Application temperatures are between 5°C and 40°C. Open time = 4-6 minutes. In high temperatures, keep the can in the shade. Surfaces must be smooth, clean, dry, and free of imperfections. Place the membrane in its final position and fold it over evenly. Stir the adhesive thoroughly before and during use. Apply the adhesive to the substrate and membrane simultaneously using a solvent-resistant, short-pile paint roller. Apply the adhesive to the substrate first due to the longer drying time. Leave the solvent to dry. allow to evaporate until the adhesive is dry (touch/push test) - Slowly apply the EPDM membrane to the substrate, starting from the middle of the wall, maintaining the alignment of the membrane and finishing by applying light pressure with a brush or roller.
