Aluminum starter angles for EPS insulation – Adam Matériaux
Installation of exterior thermal insulation on the facade using graphite EPS Adam Matériaux panels, 140 mm thick .
Aluminum starting angles:
Installation of LO-AL 143mm and LE-G type (flap).
The LO-AL 143mm and LE-G (flap) type ALU starter angles will be placed on the compriband joints previously placed on the Adam Matériaux high density (HD) EPS insulation, in order to create a separation between the facade assembly and the high density (HD) EPS Adam Matériaux insulation .
5mm yellow spacers will be placed between the wall and the ALU LO-AL 143mm starting angles , in order to maintain a regular 5mm space, allowing the correct gluing of the high density EPS panels Adam Matériaux.
The ALU LO-AL 143mm starter angles will be mechanically fixed to the concrete block facade using Koelner FX-L 6 × 60mm hammer-in anchors , with appropriate spacing and in accordance with the manufacturer's implementation instructions.
The 30mm connectors will be used to join the various starting angles in 103mm LO-AL. These connectors will ensure the continuity of the assembly while allowing the necessary freedom of movement for the expansion of the aluminum, in order to limit the risk of cracking or subsequent deformation.
Once the LO-AL are in place, the LE-G drip edge/flap will be clipped onto the LO-AL ALU starter corner pieces, in accordance with the system provided by the manufacturer.
Adam MatériauxEPS Insulation Panels:
Installation of graphite EPS Adam Matériaux insulating panels , 140mm thick , using grey glue Adam Matériaux .
The panels will be laid edge to edge, with alignment and layout ensuring continuity of insulation and good flatness of the facade assembly.
The cuts, adjustments, fittings and treatments necessary at corners , openings, junctions and other singular points are included in the production.
Special requirements:
The implementation of an graphite EPS Adam Matériaux, combined with ALU starter angles, is mandatory.
All work must be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications of the manufacturer Adam Matériaux, the implementation recommendations relating to the various accessories used, and the rules of good practice.
