PVC starter corners for EPS insulation – Adam Matériaux

Installation of exterior thermal insulation on the facade using graphite EPS Adam Matériaux panels, 140mm thick .

PVC starter corner brackets:

Installation of PVC starter corner pieces of types LW-L 5cm, LZ23 and LW-206.

The PVC starter corner pieces LW-L 5cm, LZ23 and LW-206 will be placed on the compriband joints laid on the Adam Matériaux, in order to create a separation between the facade assembly and the high density (HD) EPS Adam Matériaux.

5mm yellow spacers will be placed between the wall and the LW-L starting angles , in order to maintain a regular 5mm gap, allowing the correct gluing of the high density EPS panels Adam Matériaux.

The LW-L starter brackets will be mechanically fixed to the concrete block facade using Koelner FX-L 6 × 60mm hammer-in anchors , with appropriate spacing and in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions. Then install the provided 5cm connecting brackets between each LW-L corner bracket.

The LW-206 starter brackets must be placed on the LZ23 connecting brackets . Then install the provided connecting brackets between each LW-206 bracket.

Adam MatériauxEPS Insulation Panels:

Installation of graphite EPS Adam Matériaux insulating panels , 140mm thick , using grey glue Adam Matériaux .

The panels will be laid edge to edge, with alignment and layout ensuring continuity of insulation and good flatness of the facade assembly.

The cuts, adjustments, fittings and treatments necessary at corners , openings, junctions and other singular points are included in the production.

Special requirements:

The implementation of an graphite EPS Adam Matériaux, combined with PVC starter corners, is mandatory.

All work must be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications of the manufacturer Adam Matériaux, the implementation recommendations relating to the various accessories used, and the rules of good practice.
