High-density EPS facade baseboard Adam Matériaux with PVC starter corners:
Construction of an exterior base using high-density (HD) graphite EPS Adam Matériaux panels , 100mm thick
PVC starter corner brackets:
Installation of PVC starter corner pieces of type LW-L 5cm, LZ23 and LW-206.
The PVC starter corner pieces LW-L 5cm, LZ23 and LW-206 will be installed approximately 10mm above the existing ground level, in order to create a separation between the facade assembly and the ground and to limit rising damp as well as direct exposure to rainwater and runoff.
Adjustment shims of 1 to 15mm will be used to ensure the leveling of the starting angles relative to the existing ground and to compensate for any irregularities in the existing ground.
5mm yellow spacers will be placed between the wall and the LW-L starting angles , in order to maintain a 5mm gap allowing the correct gluing of the high density EPS panels Adam Matériaux.
The LW-L starter brackets will be mechanically fixed to the concrete block facade using Koelner FX-L 6 × 60mm hammer-in anchors , with spacing adapted according to the installation instructions. Then install the provided 5cm connecting brackets between each LW-L corner bracket.
The LW-206 starter brackets must be placed on the LZ23 connecting brackets . Then install the provided connecting brackets between each LW-206 bracket.
Adam Matériauxhigh-density EPS insulation panels:
Installation of high-density (HD) graphite EPS Adam Matériaux insulation panels , 100mm thick , with grey glue Adam Matériaux .
The panels will be laid edge-to-edge, with alignment and layout ensuring continuity of insulation and good flatness of the facade assembly.
The cuts, adjustments, fittings and treatments necessary at corners, openings, junctions and singular points are included in the production.
Special requirements:
The implementation of a high-density EPS (HD) Adam Matériaux, combined with PVC starter corners, is mandatory in this configuration in order to protect the lower part of the facade complex against water splashes, runoff, humidity and mechanical stresses to which this area is particularly exposed.
The entire implementation must be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications of the manufacturer Adam Matériaux, the recommendations relating to the various accessories used and the rules of good practice.
