This black bituminous solvent is primarily designed to prepare surfaces before applying waterproofing coatings or welding membranes. Key features and benefits: Deep penetration: Its formula allows it to penetrate deeply into concrete to stabilize and strengthen the surface. Slightly damp surfaces: Unlike other bituminous products, it can be applied to slightly damp surfaces. Resistance: It creates an elastic layer resistant to frost cracking, as well as weak acids and alkalis. Versatile application: Can be used on concrete, plaster, metal, or existing bitumen layers. Technical specifications: Use: Exterior only (foundations, roofs, terraces, balconies). Consumption: Approximately 0.2 to 0.3 kg/m² per coat. Drying time: Touch dry in 6 hours, fully cured in 12 hours. Application tools: Roofing brush, paintbrush, or sprayer. Common packaging: 4.5 kg, 9 kg, and 18 kg metal buckets. Important restriction: This product must not come into contact with polystyrene (Styropor/EPS), as the solvents it contains attack and destroy this material. Danger!
