Fiberglass insulation for ceilings

Fiberglass insulation remains one of the easiest and most affordable insulation materials to install in your home's ceilings. Flexible, easy to cut and install, fiberglass is still widely used for home insulation. You can easily place fiberglass insulation in your ceilings. We also recommend installing a vapor barrier after the fiberglass insulation is in place in your ceilings, and therefore before installing the plasterboard or wood finish.
