Adam Matériaux Anchors

Anchoring the EPS (expanded polystyrene) membrane of the Adam Matériaux façade system is not mandatory but recommended for new single-family homes. For renovations, anchoring the Adam matériaux EPS membrane is mandatory (5-6 anchors per m²). We strongly recommend using the orange drill bit to insert the anchor into the Adam Matériaux EPS membrane and placing an EPS plug after anchor installation to prevent "ghosting" of the anchors after work is completed in low sunlight or when it is freezing. If you are not applying Adam matériaux as a finish, but instead opt for gluing brick or stone cladding after applying the Adam MatériauxEPS membrane, it is mandatory to cross-laid the Adam Matériaux mesh in two layers and to use steel anchors (8 to 10 anchors per m²).
